e-Bikes from Mooloolaba to Paradise Seaplanes Scenic Flight
Booking a multi-day e-Bike hire from ecoTekk Sunshine Coast gave us the option to enjoy so much of what the Sunshine Coast offers. One such experience was on a scenic flight with Paradise Seaplanes. We rode the e-Bikes from our accommodation in Mooloolaba to the Maroochy River and it was the perfect way to start our adventure. The bikes were in great condition and made the journey a breeze.
When we arrived at the departure point on the Maroochy River, we were greeted by the friendly staff at Paradise Seaplanes. Shawn Kelly, an experienced pilot and instructor, talked us through all aspects of what to expect. We were really excited to take a scenic flight in their historic Wilga Warbird over the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
As we flew down the coast and soared above the Glasshouse Mountains, we were amazed by the stunning views. The clear blue waters and lush green forests were breathtaking. We even got to see some of the local oceanic wildlife from above, including turtles, whales, dolphins and dugongs.
The flight was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The pilot was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we had an unforgettable time.
Overall, our day trip to the Maroochy River and Paradise Seaplanes was an incredible adventure. We highly recommend ecoTekk Sunshine Coast’s electric bikes and Paradise Seaplanes’ Wilga Warbird flights to anyone visiting the Sunny Coast. It’s a great way to explore the area and see it from a different perspective.
After our exhilarating flight on the Wilga Warbird, we returned to Mooloolaba on our e-bikes. As we had the bikes overnight and were feeling a bit peckish, we decided to head out for dinner. We had heard that Mooloolaba Spit had some fantastic seafood restaurants and we weren’t disappointed.
We stumbled upon a little seafood spot on the Spit that offered fresh, locally-caught seafood. We ordered a variety of dishes, including grilled fish, prawns and oysters. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavours were incredible. The atmosphere was lively and the service was top-notch.
As we sat on the balcony of our apartment, overlooking the ocean and watching the moon rise, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for the amazing day we had had. From riding the e-bikes to taking a scenic flight to enjoy a delicious sunset dinner in Mooloolaba, it was a day filled with unforgettable memories.
